研究经历

(1)    运用CRISPR-Cas9介导的全基因组筛选系统鉴定转录因子及其对肿瘤发生和干预的功能调节。

(2)    运用CRISPR-Cas9基因组编辑技术,靶向被鉴定为致癌驱动因子的融合基因的breakpoint,插入自杀基因,研究实体肿瘤的基因靶向治疗。

(3)    基于全基因组关联研究(GWAS)和二代测序技术(NGS),运用SNP-SeqReel-seq技术快速鉴定和验证与疾病相关的功能性SNP介导的转录调控网络研究。

(4)    衰老,自噬在肿瘤侵袭和转移中作用的分子细胞生物学机制研究。

(5)    幽门螺杆菌新毒素介导的DNA甲基化促进炎癌转化的机制。

(6)    MicroRNA在细胞自噬,纤维化,炎癌转化中的调控研究。

(7)    基于自噬性细胞死亡在抗肿瘤药物(小分子和天然产物)中的筛选和作用机制研究。
